At ELNAZ Lifestyle, we value your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Customised or made-to-measure outfits are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted or sale items
- Accessories
- Gift cards and promotional items
3. Return & Exchange Process

- Once approved, you will receive return shipping details.
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear pictures of the product and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
