Exchange & Return

At ELNAZ Lifestyle, we value your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • Unaltered
    • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Customised or made-to-measure outfits are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards and promotional items

3. Return & Exchange Process

  • Contact our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery:
  • Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Once approved, you will receive return shipping details.
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Share clear pictures of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
